Airbnb reply drafts you approve, in seconds
Paste the message a guest sent you and get a reply draft you can read, edit and send from your own account — no login, no linking, nothing to install. Add your nightly rate and occupancy and the draft answers a discount request with the number that matters to you: what that discount costs your net cash flow each month.
Up to 4000 characters. Do not paste card details, door codes or anything you would not want a third party to read — we strip emails, phone numbers and long digit runs, but you should still keep secrets out.
Used only to work out what a 10% discount costs you. Formula: discount cost per month = (nightly rate × 10%) × (365 ÷ 12 × occupancy %). It assumes the discount comes off the nightly rate on every booked night and your costs do not change — a platform fee taken as a percentage of revenue would make the real loss slightly smaller.
How this works, and what it will not do
- You paste, we draft, you send
- The drafter writes a reply for you to read, edit and send from your own Airbnb account.
- Nothing is stored
- The guest message is used once to write the draft. It is never written to a database, a file or a log, and it is not tied to you.
- Personal details are stripped first
- Email addresses, phone numbers and long digit runs such as door codes and booking numbers are replaced with [removed] before the message reaches any AI provider.
- Profit-aware, not just polite
- Add your nightly rate and occupancy and the draft can answer a discount request with what that discount actually costs you per month in net cash flow — the number you can only get from your own books.
- Free, and capped on purpose
- Three drafts per person per day (3), and 300 a day across everyone, resets at midnight UTC. No account, no card, no email.
We cannot connect to your Airbnb inbox or send messages for you — the assistant only drafts replies you review and send, because inbox access is limited to Airbnb's software partners and Airbnb's terms forbid automated access and forbid sharing your login with us.
What does that discount really cost you?
The draft can quote the cost of a discount, but it cannot see your mortgage, cleaning, utilities or platform fee.
